Secretary of Education Arne Duncan invited a group of 15 high school and college students to the Department’s headquarters to discuss college accessibility and affordability. The students suggested key improvements to the college application process, including providing easy access to information about application fee waivers and creating a website that could serve as a “one stop shop” with links to all the government websites that provide information related to the college application process.
