The Education Trust
The Education Trust works to create a fair education system. It supports efforts to expand excellence and equality in the education system, increase college access, engage diverse communities, and increase public awareness of issues in education. The Trust works with community leaders and individuals to transform schools, analyze data to understand trends, and shape government policy surrounding education.
Interns are graduate students who believe all students can achieve at high levels. Interns work closely with staff on projects related to the organization’s mission.
The Trust currently offers the following positions:
- Communications: work on media relations, research news stories, and track public conversation based around education issues.
- Early Childhood Education: looking for a graduate-level intern to conduct research surrounding early childhood development.
- Information Technology: work on network, hardware, and software issues; gain experience with technical operations of a nonprofit organization.
- Office of the President and Development: assist the president and CEO through research, assisting with special projects and other duties.
- P–12 Data and Policy Analysis: analyze databases to understand trends in education and provide research support for responses to public on pressing P–12 education issues.
- P–12 Research: research ways in which diversity can be increased in education.
- Partnerships and Engagement: support the organization’s outreach efforts to promote awareness of the Education Trust’s mission.
