The All Stars Project helps fight poverty by offering afterschool development programs that transform the lives of youth and adults through performances. The organization helps more than 20,000 inner-city people every year.
Currently, All Stars has the following open positions:
- Development Associate: assist in the production of fundraising initiatives and events.
- Youth Programs Manager: responsible for the production management of activities that extend the All-Stars Project’s work in Newark and Jersey City, NJ.
- Director of People and Culture: responsible for directing the organization’s talent strategy.
All Stars also offers the Activist for Social Development Fellowship, which is a competitive, eight-week program for recent college graduates. The program runs from June 3–July 26, 2019, and teaches college graduates about fundraising, community organizing, youth development, and activism.
Time Commitment:

Fellowship is paid $17 per hour.
