Life comes at you fast. Relationships, parents, school, and friends: it can be a lot to handle. Mental health is all about finding the balance that works for you. The resources on this page can help you learn about topics related to mental health, find places where you can get help if you need it, hear from other youth about their struggles with mental health challenges, and help others get through tough times.
